       I am  Yakov Radyushin, a licensed Canadian lawyer with 20 years of broad international legal experience, including eight years in executive and top management roles. I hold a Global Professional Master of Laws from the University of Toronto (Toronto 2018) and a Master of Laws in Energy and Infrastructure Law from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University (Toronto 2022). I am a member of the Canadian Immigration Law Association (CILA)  and the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers (CARL).

      I practice the law and provide legal service in traditional and innovative areas of law:
